An Explorer's Journal - A project, a beginning

Back in October of last year sometime, I got the idea to start a writing project based on the puzzles and general atmosphere in Uru. Part Age walkthrough, part creative storytelling. I have continually been fascinated by the beauty and intricacy of the mental hurdles Uru puts us all through... rather willingly, I might add. In an effort to share my love for Uru, I offer this little diversion to those who care to share in it.

This collection of stories are explanations of HOW the various puzzles are solved rather than "do this, then this, then that... you beat the level!" The joy was in the journey, not the destination. Though... the destination was pretty spiffy most of the time. *smile*

NOTE 1: Uru names, images, etc. belong to Cyan. I'll update this with the proper wording when I find it.

NOTE 2: I have used the offline URU: Ages Beyond Myst "timeline" for the Cleft and "Prime" Ages (Cleft first, Relto et al. after). In trying to frame the Journey in a real-life way, the online progression (Relto first, Cleft et al. after) just doesn't lend itself to a rational explanation. Please forgive the artistic license.
