MOUL Launcher Down Load UruLive.Live.1.865 - External.Release
My first download launch started out fine until it went from 1.2 Gb to 1 Gb and hung for 20 minutes without further progress. I probably should have waited and let it go, but I canceled and retried. After that I just got messages about the Server being down and to wait. So I waited and tried renaming the path destination location because I though maybe my old MOUL program and exe file was interfereing some how. Even though everything loaded and the launch status screen said Welcome Uru the rest just showed dashes with no progress indicated. Which was an improvement over the servers down messages I had been getting. After hours of deleting the program and relaunching and reloading it all, I gave up. Others in the fountain chat here @ Myst Online Info where managing to get a down load going, so the server did seem to be up and running, but very slowly they said. Hope it all improves for everyone later on today.
If anyone knows about problems or work arounds, please share a post here if ya would.
Here is what I recieve when trying to establish account:

PROBLEM SOLVED, while a New Problem emerged!
It appears that my problem was confusion over this site and the Myst MOUL site registration, believing they were connected. This site takes passwords that can contain capitals and upper case symbols. like the number sign, etc... I often inbed my passwords with upper and lower case letters with corresponding numbers and uppercase symbols all together for higher security. The Myst or MOUL new account creation site doesn't allow upper case anythings. It took me a long while to realize this. I thought this site here was linked to the MOUL new creations account. My own missunderstanding based upon my own circumstances. Once I took out the uppercase symbol I logged in immediately.
I got caught playing during a server update when the site went down. I was just shy of my last Minkata Kiva Light symbol when it shut down on me. I honestly expected a final warning such as 5 minutes or one minute to shut, but that never came and so I got slammed from the update. "Again my own bad!"
After I got the UruLive.1.870-External Release Update to the UruLive.1.871- External Release 2.8 MG piece I tried to log back on. I got the dreaded " Authentication Failed" Please try again. Incorrect password Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on. I had the save password box checked and nothing I had for logon should have changed. I put on the CAP LOCK and got a message saying it was on. I don't know if my being on during shut down created the problem or if it is related with the update or what. I have probably 60 hours of game play invested in 2 marker games I created and lacked the final pellet drop symbols to finish. I finally gave up and just created a new account and started over with a new avatar, since the ones I had before were taken. Really knocked the enthus out the game for me.
So when they say update in 15 minutes, don't push it like I did.
P.S. I put in a ticket to Cyan about it and await a hopeful solution to recover my original you are you avvies.
It all started out by going to http://MystOnlineUruLive.com/home home page where I find Latest News of
Myst Online: Uru Live, Again.
I click on the create new account link to http://Mystonline.info to create a new online account.
I put in my account name and email address in and then wait for the new account activation/ confirmation e-mail. It soon arrives in my spam folder. No big deal, so I send it to new mail as not being spam.
While I was waiting for the e-mail I also sign up for the Mystonline.info e-mail account service.
Opening the confirmation e-mail with password I take the link back to the Mystonline.info site and get my confirmation. The e-mail account activation confirmation arrives the next day, but I have no e-mail when I check. Later I find an e-mail directing me back to the Myst online Uru live home page. There I find a new link to the mirror site fileplanet.com to download UruLive.Live.1.866 - External.Release. So I register and sign up for free download. Meanwhile in the Fountain chat room I find out that the Uru live launcher problem. Even tho my lanched was canceled, it was still running. I confirmed it with my task manager by clicking on the tab "processes". So I end the Uru launcher.exe file and it ends permanently. Then I copy my original 2007 Uru Live program files out into another folder and delete the program Uru Live file from the Add & Remove programs. Then I delete the former UruLive.Live.1.865 - External.Release off my desk top.
Then relaunch Uru installer for the UruLive.Live.1.866 - External.Release and follow the screen instruction for Agreement/ path etc... and then the Uru Launcher started to work by downloading all the files. I noticed the screen started out with the UruLive.Live.1.866 - External.Release on it and then flickered and it became the UruLive.Live.1.866 - External.Release 1.5 GB file size. That didn’t seem a good thing at the time.
After it down loads it launches the checking patcher and the goes into the Uru Live Login screen.
I type in my new account screen name and pass word, but I get the message "Authentication Failed".
I got back to the Mystonline.info site and log out and back in to check my account name and password. Return to the Uru Live logon screen and retype my new account name and pass word. Still the Authentification failed.
After all this I dleted everything and tried reinstalling and re-launching and redownloading.

Note: I saw a fellow Uruite "Church" had the authentication to put in the screen name and password on the Myst Online Uru Live. Agin home page. Something I was never linked back to or saw.
I tried to retrace my steps through all the new account e-mails and confirmations and authentification processes again, but never got the screen at the home page. Lost as to what to try. Though I thought to create a new account in redoing the whole thing over again. Just not sure how to delete the new account I did to redo it again. If I try to redo everything it just error messages me that I have already done everything.
