RAWA has posted instructions on how to use the patcher for MOUL:

Due to the issues that we're having with the servers, here are recommended step by step instructions to get into MO:ULagain.

1. Ceate a MO:ULagain account here.
2. Go to one of the mirror download sites here and download MO:UL
3. Run the "MOUL Installer" application that you downloaded in Step 2.
4. Run the "Myst Online Uru Live" application that was created by Step 3.
5. The little MO:UL "Patcher" window should show progress quickly.
6. If Step 5 doesn't show any progress within a few minutes...
...push the "Cancel" button.
...right-click the bottom task bar and choose "Task Manager".
...click the "Processes" tab.
...select any processes that start with "Uru" (UruLauncher, UruExplorer, etc).
...click "End Process"
...click "Yes" to confirm that you want to end the process.
...go to Step 4.
7. Explore Uru until the servers melt again. :)
