Seismic Events 5/19/07
To begin the day, explorers have found a new Relto Page in Descent, it gives explorers the Cannen, a music box that plays Gehn's Theme.
Later, Douglas Sharper appears in Uru Obsession's Bevin, and talks about his latest finding about the Predator, and the trip he is going to take Nick White on tonorrow. He says that he has set up a blind and is following an Urwin that has been acting strange and he thinks will be the next prey of the Predator.
Next, Victor Laxman links into the Beginner's Bevin to talk to them and thank them about their efforts to calibrate the Great Zero. And he answers a few short questions, before making one last quick statement:
"We'll be sending out KI message invitations regarding the release of the our newest restoration project - the Age of Minkata. I think there is a celebration of some sort planned... Watch your KIs fro more information." - Victor Laxman
Victor Laxman returns to the Guild of Greeter's Bevin to chat with the explorers, but suddenly gets a report on his KI of a seismic event that happened in the Cavern.
And shortly afterward, the whole Cavern gets a new KImail on their KI, talking about Minkata:

We are happy to announce we are on schedule to release the age of Minkata this Thursday evening. To celebrate, special guest Rand Miller will be visiting with explorers in the Beginner's Bevin at 7PM cavern time. See you there!

Nick White then has to confront Sydney Austin, meadow, sil_oh_wet, and others in the Great Tree's Bevin, though the most particularly upset is Sydney.
Nick WHite then returns to the Cavern in a visit to the Kahlo Pub, he speaks of his trip with Sharper, and drops a few hints about the soon-to-come Minkata. Ad he also notices a small crack in the back of the corridor..
Micheal Engberg appears at the Kahlo Pub several hours after Nick to address the seismic event that Laxman had mentioned at the end of his meeting, and he set up some cones and barriers around the crack in the Pub.
Then the DRC send out a KImail alert about the crack in the pub:
"SAFETY ALERT!
Dear Explorers,
As some of you have discovered, a small crack has appeared of the north wall of the alley near the public city's Kahlo pub. The most recent studies of that building has shown it to be stable, but it appears that that may no longer be the case. We do not have an explanation for this new crack, and we will be reevaluating the condition of the building to the north of the Kahlo Pub in the days ahead.
In the meantime, we ask that you consider this area to be dangerous and limit your explorations to other areas of the city.

A little more than an hour later, the explorers in the City begin hearing loud and angry Bahro screeches around the City, disconcerting many.
And late at night around 12 'o clock MDT, Engberg returns one last time to talk about the new KImail Safety Alert, and the safety and condition of the Pub, and that they don't know too much about it yet. But it seems it may be minimal.
Important Notes
There are several new designs for the hoody in the Relto Closet, and all the Delin Books have been recalled from all the Hoods that have them.
So sorry I missed the event; looks like a lot of fun!
